Dr. Boris A. Kobrinskii's academic journey began with a notable educational background, culminating in the attainment of a Ph.D. (Dr. med. sci.) degree in 1991, followed by his professorship in 1994. He is recognized as an Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation.

He serves as the Head of the Department of Intelligent Decision Support System at the Federal Research Center “Computer Science and Control” of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Additionally, he holds the position of Professor at the Medical Cybernetics and Informatics Department of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University.
Furthermore, Dr. Kobrinskii is deeply involved in education, serving as a co-supervisor of the Master's program "Intelligent Technologies in Medicine" at the Faculty of Computational Cybernetics and Informatics, Lomonosov Moscow State University.
