Dr. Pawan Kumar Verma holds a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Agra University, India, earned in 2005, and an M. Tech. degree in VLSI Design from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Mohali, India, attained in 2009. Following his education, he served as a consultant for two years at Cadence Design Systems, Noida, India. Dr. Verma completed his PhD from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj, India, in December 2016. During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting research scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, from April 2012 to October 2012.
Presently, he holds the position of Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India. Dr. Verma's primary research interests encompass M2M communications, Internet-of-Things, MANETs, VANETs, wireless networks, and mobile computing.
