Dr. Zheng Li's educational journey commenced with the completion of his Ph.D. degree from the Australian National University (ANU) and his M.Phil degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). During this time, he engaged in graduate research with the Software Systems Research Group (SSRG) at National ICT Australia (NICTA), contributing to cutting-edge research in the field.
Transitioning into professional roles, Dr. Li has held various academic and research positions across the globe. Currently, he serves as a lecturer at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Queen’s University Belfast, UK. Prior to this, he held a tenured assistant professorship at the Department of Computer Science, University of Concepción, Chile.
Before his academic positions, Dr. Li gained valuable research experience as a postdoctoral researcher with the Cloud Control group at Lund University, Sweden, and as a visiting research fellow with the Software Institute at Nanjing University, China.
Dr. Li's academic and research journey is enriched by his industrial experience in China, where he spent around four years after obtaining his M.Sc.Eng. degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and his B.Eng. degree from Zhengzhou University.
