Prof. Tachia Chin received her Ph.D. from Jinan University and completed post-doctoral studies at Sun Yat-sen University. She is a Professor at the School of Management, Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou, China. With over 10 years of experience as a senior HR/CSR executive in foreign-invested manufacturing firms in China, Prof. Chin has held numerous prominent roles. She is the Vice President of the China Enterprise Management Research Association and Chairperson of its Knowledge Management Committee. Additionally, she is the Vice Chairman of the Agricultural Enterprise Management Professional Committee and serves on the Digital Innovation and Management Committee of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Society. Her affiliations extend to leadership positions in various associations, including the Mainland Alumni Association of Taiwan Tsinghua University and the Kunming Taiwan Business Investment Association. Prof. Chin is also a Distinguished Professor at Honghe University, a Visiting Professor/Doctoral Supervisor at Dhurakij Pundit University in Thailand, and holds research roles at the Italian Corporate Sustainability and Knowledge Issues (CSKI) international research organization and Malaysia's INTI International University. She has published over 100 articles in prestigious journals and authored one English monograph while editing two English volumes. She leads several funded projects, including those from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Fund of China. Prof. Chin also teaches cross-cultural management, business English, and organizational behavior for MBA and EMBA students at Beijing Normal University and Lanzhou University, utilizing bilingual teaching methods.
