Prof. Dr. Teh Pei Lee holds a distinguished position as the Head of the Department of Management and Director of the Gerontechnology Laboratory at Monash University Malaysia. She earned her academic credentials in fields related to technology and management, and is dedicated to researching how technology transforms business processes, societal dynamics, and individual lives. Her interdisciplinary research has secured over RM10 million in grants from organizations such as the Prime Minister's Office’s Economic Planning Unit and various ministries. Dr. Lee founded the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (IEEE TEMS) Malaysia Chapter and established Malaysia's first Gerontechnology Laboratory at Monash University in 2016. She runs significant research programs on technological solutions for mobility and aging and serves on the International Advisory Committee for the Research Institute for Smart Ageing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, she is an Associate Editor for three international journals.
