Dr. Dieu Hack-Polay holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Surrey and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of Lincoln. He is an Associate Professor in Organizational Studies at Crandall University (Canada) and Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln (UK). With extensive experience as a human resources and training practitioner in the UK’s voluntary sector and local government, he has also taught at various international institutions. His research focuses on migrant workers and expatriates, and he has published several books and articles in leading international journals.
