Dr. Majid Murad is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Guangzhou University, China. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the School of Management, Jiangsu University, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Management Science & Engineering. His research interests include the dark side of personality, green entrepreneurship, educational psychology, and organizational behavior. Dr. Murad has published in international academic journals indexed by SSCI, SCIE, ESCI, ABDC, and ABS. He is skilled in data analysis with proficiency in SPSS, AMOS, Smart-PLS, M-Plus, and NVivo software.
