Dr. Snehasis Chakraborty holds a Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He has extensive international research experience, including stints at TU Berlin and the University of Hohenheim, Germany. Currently, he is working at Kansas State University, researching nonthermal processing of grains and foods, microbial safety, milling, and sustainable grain processing techniques. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
