Dr. Pratima Verma holds a PhD in Strategic Management from IIT Kanpur and completed her postdoctoral research at both IIT Madras and Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), Taichung, Taiwan. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, one of India's premier management institutes. Prior to this role, she served as an Assistant Professor at IIM Bodh Gaya and at Chaoyang University of Technology. Dr. Verma's research interests include strategy, sustainability, supply chain strategy, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, organizational culture, strategic thinking, and strategic entrepreneurship. She contributes to the academic community by teaching courses on strategic management, business models, the economics of strategy, and the sustainability of business strategy.
