Dr. Mercy Ejovwokeoghene-Isiavwe Ogbari holds a Bachelor of Science in Cooperative Economics and Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, as well as an M.Sc. in Business Management & Entrepreneurship and a Ph.D. in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship from Covenant University, Ota. She is an Associate Professor of Business Management & Entrepreneurship at Covenant University, where she also serves as Head of the Business Management Department and leads the Business, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Research Cluster.
Dr. Ogbari is a passionate educator who teaches a variety of Management and Entrepreneurship courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is a member of the Academy of Management, Nigeria, and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Governance. In addition to her academic roles, she is a dynamic business strategist and facilitator, offering entrepreneurship training, professional workshops, and consultancy services to SMEs. She also serves as a board member of various organizations in Lagos and has received multiple academic and professional awards.
