Dr. Parikshit Mahalle is a distinguished academic and researcher, serving as a Professor and Dean of Research and Development at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, India. With over 24 years of extensive teaching and research experience, he has held pivotal roles including Dean of Research and Development and Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, as well as Professor and Head of the Computer Engineering Department at Sinhgad Institutes.
Dr. Mahalle earned his Ph.D. from Aalborg University, Denmark, and pursued Post-Doctoral Research at the Center for Mathematical Sciences in Copenhagen. His academic leadership is further demonstrated through his previous positions on various boards, including the Board of Studies in Computer Engineering at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where he served as Chairman for Information Technology, and he has contributed to over 30 academic councils across Indian universities and autonomous colleges.
