Prof. Pascal L. Ghazalian holds a Ph.D. from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and an M.S. and S.P.U.D. from the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies-Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (ICAMAS-MAICh), Greece. He also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Research on the Economics of Agri-food (CREA) at Université Laval, Canada.

Currently a Professor of Economics at the University of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, Prof. Ghazalian is also an Affiliated Researcher at the Prentice Institute for Global Population and Economy and a Research Fellow at the Global Labor Organization (GLO). He has been a visiting scholar at several institutions, including the University of British Columbia and Université Laval. His research interests encompass International Economics, Development Economics, Agricultural and Resource Economics, Food Economics, and Applied Econometrics.
