Dr. Živilė Stankevičiūtė, PhD in Management, is a Professor at the Sustainable Management research group, School of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. Her research focuses on Sustainable Human Resource Management, Employee Wellbeing, Human-Robot Interaction at Work, Digital Transformations, Resilience, Sustainable Business Models, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
In her professional roles, Prof. Stankevičiūtė is a member of the National Expert Council for Sustainable Development Goals at the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA), where she addresses SDG8, "Decent Work and Economic Growth." She also serves as an expert for the Research Council of Lithuania and chairs the Research Ethics Commission at Kaunas University of Technology. She contributes to the academic community by teaching courses in Sustainable Development, Contemporary Human Resource Management, People Analytics, and Management. Her work with business partnerships includes research projects and providing practical insights through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Prof. Stankevičiūtė has been recognized for her contributions to academia, receiving the Kaunas University of Technology Award as the Most Active Young Researcher in 2019 and 2020, and for her efforts in mentoring junior researchers in 2022 and 2023.
