Currently Dr. Suman is working as a Lead Discipline Scientist of Soft Matter at NASA Glenn Research Center and Branch Manager of Low Gravity Science at USRA, where their responsibilities range from developing a soft matter research program for NASA for the next decade to performing fundamental research of soft matter physics. At a high level, he leads NASA’s internal research activity in soft matter, maintains relationships with external partners and works with policy makers to define research activity.
Additionally, Dr. Suman also is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois, Chicago and the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a member of the Board of Studies at Woxsen University in India.
