Dr. Rajat's academic journey began with his appointment as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) in 2010. Located in India, IIT Kharagpur is one of the oldest and most esteemed academic institutions in the country.
In addition to his role as a Professor, Dr. Rajat currently serves as the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at IIT Kharagpur, demonstrating his leadership and administrative capabilities within the institution. Prior to his tenure at IIT Kharagpur, Dr. Rajat gained valuable industry experience through positions at National Semiconductor from June 2005 to June 2006, and at Intel from December 2021 to February 2023.
His combined academic and professional experiences underscore Dr. Rajat's expertise and leadership in the field of computer science and engineering.
